Scheduling Guidelines
All new activities must be approved by the board. If you want to schedule an activity which conflicts with an already scheduled activity, contact the other activity chairperson/leader and try to work out a compromise. If you cannot reach a compromise, the board will make the decision.
Important Note:
Please notify me of any and all scheduling changes. Simply posting on Facebook will not reach a large majority of our residents and leaves me and others out of the loop. The calendar page on this website is by far the most visited page with 100’s of visits per day. I do my best to ensure that the calendar is accurate and up-to-date, so please message me on scheduling changes. -Thanks, Craig
